Founded in 1988, DW Ricks Architects + Associates specialize in residential and community design. Our office is located in Clarendon, 3 blocks from the Virginia Square Metro Station.
Our dedication and hard work has made us one of the most prolific residential design firms in the Metro area. To date, we have completed over 150 residential projects including new homes, whole-house remodels, additions, condominium interior remodels and historic preservaton of designated historic homes. In compliment to residential work, we have also designed major additions for historic preservation projects, church & religious buildings, swim clubs, community centers and commercial office buildings. Firm projects are found throughout the metro area including Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, and Delaware.
