Currently in construction, work includes a rear master suite addition (in the upper turret) and family room with wrap-around porch below. The addition faces onto a deep wooded rear yard. The original house was sited at a 45 degree angle to the lot line. The turrent form reorients views out toward the deepest most private corner of the yard.

Other work includes a laundry and powder room addition and a whole-house interior remodel of the ground and second floors. Most existing ground floor walls were removed in favor of a flexible "open-plan" layout.
