Standard Architectural services include: Project design; Budget management; Interior design, material & finish selections; Contractor choice & evaluation; Multiple competative Bids; Construction contract negotiations; Construction oversight; and a 1 year post-construction warranty review.
Our office adheres to the standards of practice endorsed by the American Institute of Architects for residential projects. Standard integrated AIA Agreements are utilized for both Architect and Contractor.
