Roberts-Hogan Residence

This original Ashton Heights Colonial was updated and expanded with a 2-story addition and full basement.

A new open-plan kitchen/family space and master suite were the principal design objectives. Additional improvements included a new side entry foyer which had the added benefit of improving overall ground floor circulation and opening-up the existing living room. The former kitchen was recaptured to create a new hall and private powder room. A butler pantry is tucked behind the powder connecting dining to kitchen.

The south property face takes full advantage of sun exposure including a stone patio, improved screen porch w/ roof deck above and roof panel extended out to provide both solar shading and additional area to house the 10 KW solar system.
